We accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and
ship items back within 21 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please understand that we cannot keep infinite stock of all our products. If we have the items that you ordered in stock- we will ship within 3 business days from the moment the payment has been registered. In case we need to produce more items in order to fulfill your order- it may take up to 14 days to ship. We ship with DHL Standard Package- if you prefer some other method, you can contact us and we will try to comply. Delivery times depend on the destination- the times that are listed in regional settings are an estimation. Our packages are trackable within European Union and United States, and so, if the package does not arrive for some reason- you will receive a full refund, including postage.
Prices listed at checkout are intended for single purchase- if you are ordering more then one item at the time, and they can fit comfortably within one package- we will ship them together, and you will receive a refund for the price of shipping of additional packages.
